What can I buy on Jovo?

Currently, we sell NFTs (digital collectibles) as well as digital gift cards and vouchers. See some collections and NFTs you like but they're not on Jovo? No worries! Contact us at support@jovo.io and we'll see what we can do.

What happens after I buy an NFT or digital good from one of your online stores?

Upon completing a purchase from any of our stores, you will receive one or more emails confirming your purchase and/or the delivery of your digital assets. Items you've purchased are accessible any time by logging in to your Jovo account.

How long does it take for my order items to be delivered to my account?

Purchased NFTs will require some time before being delivered to your Jovo account. You can view the order status of your items by logging into your account and viewing the Activity tab. If you have been waiting for more than 1 hour for your NFTs to be delivered, you can send us an email at support@jovo.io. Do note that gift vouchers and gift cards, such as FoodPanda or Grab Gifts cards, will take up to 24 hours to be delivered.

How do I transfer an NFT I own out of my Jovo account?

After logging into your Jovo account, click on any NFT in your asset gallery. This will open the NFT detail window. From this window, click on the Send button and select any of your Saved Addresses or paste in a web3 wallet address. Go through the confirmation flow and your NFT will be transferred to the destination wallet that you specified.

How do I activate or utilize the benefits I get from one of my NFTs?

The utilities or benefits that you can get from your NFTs depend on each individual collection. You can read about how to utilize this in detail on each dedicated collection page.

How can I delete my account?

To delete your account, please email us at: support@jovo.io with the words Delete Account in the Subject.

  • If you do not have any digital assets in your account, we will delete the account and send a confirmation via email.
  • If you have digital assets in your account, we will send instructions on transferring your assets to an external wallet before your account is deleted.

TADA Voucher

How to redeem the vouchers from my TADA app?

  • Download the TADA-Ride Hailing app, create an account and access “My Vouchers” via the menu icon on top left.
  • Key in your voucher code and press the “+” sign. A ride voucher should appear in your voucher wallet.
  • Tap “Voucher” on the booking page to apply the discount

What is the validity period for TADA vouchers?

The TADA vouchers are valid until January 31, 2025.

What are the terms and conditions for TADA vouchers?

  • This voucher is exclusive to TADA Users
  • This voucher is not valid in conjunction with any other voucher
  • This voucher is valid for 1 use per user on any TADA ride
  • This voucher is only valid for Credit/Debit Card payment method
  • Additional fees (Taxi Booking/Smart Call/Toll/Airport Fees) are not subjected to the discounts incurred by this voucher
  • This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full
  • TADA reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions without giving prior notice

Selling your digital collectibles

Overview

  • Selling from your Jovo wallet is only available from the Jovo mobile app. If you do not already have the app, download it here:
  • Payment for items sold through Jovo will be sent as USDT stablecoins.
  • Payment may be sent to a wallet on the Ethereum or Polygon blockchains. You may not withdraw USDT to your Jovo wallet. If you do not have a non-Jovo wallet, you can create a Metamask wallet to receive payment.

How to list an item for sale?

  • Open the Jovo app
  • Click on the item that you wish to list for sale
  • From the individual item screen, click the ‘List for Sale’ button
  • Enter your sale price for the item. Jovo currently accepts sale items priced in USD, CNY, EUR, GBP, IDR, JPY, SGD, THB or MXN
  • If your local currency is not listed - no problem! You may still list the item in one of the currencies listed above.
  • If there is another currency that you prefer to use, please let us know. Send us an email to support@jovo.io
  • The item will now be listed for sale on our Jovo Store. It may take up to a minute for the listing to complete.

What happens after an item is listed?

  • The item will remain listed until the item is sold or if you cancel the listing.
  • If you are using android phone, you may view the listing by clicking on the "View Listing" button
  • There are several ways to see which items that are listed for sale:
  • On the first screen showing all of your collectible assets, items that are listed for sale have the word "Listed" across the bottom of the thumbnail image
  • Select the individual item. If it is listed for sale, it will show the word "For Sale"

When an item sells, you will be notified in three ways

  • A notification will appear on your phone to tell you that the item is sold.
  • An email will be sent to inform you of the successful sale
  • The app will show "Sold" next to the item on the Activities page

How to cancel a listing (de-list an item)?

  • If you would like to cancel a sale listing, click on the individual item
  • On the next screen, click on the De-list button
  • After confirming that you wish to de-list the item, it will be taken off Sale. This process may take up to a minute to complete.
  • You will receive a notification on your phone and an email which confirms that the item was de-listed for sale
  • You may relist the item for sale at any time

How to receive payment after an item is sold?

Your item sold. Congratulations! What happens next?

  • There is a fourteen-day waiting period between selling an item and requesting payment. This is a mandatory step to prevent fraud and comply with standards.
  • After you sell an item, click on the Activities icon at the bottom of the app to show your Activities page and select Payouts tab.
  • The Activities page will display the number of days until your funds may be withdrawn
  • When the funds are available, after fourteen days, then a Withdraw button will appear on the app. The Withdraw button will appear only when there are funds available to Withdraw.
  • To Withdraw, click on the button and follow the instructions to enter a wallet address and receive your funds in USDT stablecoins.
  • Your payout wallet can be created on Ethereum or Polygon. If you do not have a non-Jovo wallet, we suggest Polygon because the fees for transfer will be smaller.

Additional information:

  • Funds will always be paid out in the total available amount. For instance, if you have sold three items for$10 each, and you click Withdraw, you will receive $30 which is the total available amount.
  • If you need assistance with creating a new external wallet to receive funds, or have questions about how to convert USDT stablecoins into your local currency, email us at: support@jovo.io. We will guide you through any parts that are unfamiliar.

How to view all of your Jovo sale activity?

  • Click on the Activities icon
  • The Activities screen will show items listed, items sold, items de-listed, and any other sale activity.

How does Jovo work?

  1. Jovo makes buying NFTs easy for everyone. Visit any one of our online storefronts and purchase using your existing marketplace credentials and/or email and credit card. Your NFT will be delivered to you using your email address.
  2. From there, you can access your user profile by logging in from the link that is sent to your email. Once you view your profile, you will see all your NFTs and any other digital assets.

What blockchains does Jovo work with?

Jovo currently operates with Ethereum and Polygon. If you have a request for a blockchain that we should support, send us an email at support@jovo.io.

What are Jovo's upcoming features?

We're always building more to serve you better. Currently, we have the following features on our roadmap:

  • WalletConnect via Jovo Mobile App: With the Jovo mobile app on Android/iOS and WalletConnect, you can connect your Jovo wallet to any web3 app (e.g. apps that require you to login with one of your NFTs) so that you can participate in any communities or activities that require one of your NFTs.
  • Sales Listings: We'll help you to sell and distribute an NFT that you own on a consignment basis.

How do I know if the NFTs I buy on Jovo are legitimate?

What is cryptocurrency?

Cryptocurrency is a digital form of money that is secured using cryptography, without any central authority controlling it. It operates on a decentralized network, has a limited supply, and can be used to purchase goods and services or held as an investment. The key features of cryptocurrency are its decentralization, use of cryptography, and limited supply, which differentiate it from traditional fiat currencies.

What are NFTs?

NFTs are digital assets that represent ownership or proof of authenticity of unique items such as artwork, music, videos, collectibles, or even virtual real estate. Unlike cryptocurrencies, NFTs are unique and cannot be exchanged on a like-for-like basis.

What are gas fees?

Gas fees are similar to transaction processing fees, and represents the cost of processing a transaction (like transferring an NFT) on the blockchain. Gas fees are part of blockchain networks like Ethereum that handle NFTs. Gas is the effort needed to process and validate transactions on the blockchain. When you create, buy, or sell an NFT, you pay a fee to compensate the network participants who perform these computations.

What is a crypto wallet?

A crypto wallet is a software program that stores private and public keys, allowing users to send and receive cryptocurrencies securely. It acts as a digital wallet for virtual currencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and others. There are different types of crypto wallets: hot wallets (connected to the internet) for quick access, and cold wallets (offline storage) for better security against hacking. Crypto wallets provide a crucial function by enabling users to manage their digital assets and facilitate transactions on blockchain networks.
